Orders may not be cancelled after acceptance. If an order is declined or modified, we will attempt to notify you at the contact details provided.
All purchases are subject to our store-credit–only refund policy.
You confirm that all purchases are for personal use and not for resale.

All prices, promotions, and discounts are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at checkout.
Prices exclude taxes, shipping, customs duties, and handling fees unless otherwise noted.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery timelines are estimates only. Ritual Frenzy is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, title and risk transfer to you.

The Ritual Frenzy store is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases and interactions are solely between you and Ritual Frenzy. Shopify is not responsible for any damages, losses, or claims related to your purchases. You expressly release Shopify from such claims.

Because Shopify hosts our Services, your information may be processed internationally. By using the Services, you consent to this processing.
